১. এই পলিসির পরিধি
এই নীতিটি primaryplusbd.com-এর ওয়েবসাইট ও অ্যাপ (PWA) ব্যবহারের সময় আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি এবং আপনার কী অধিকার তা বর্ণনা করে। সেবা ব্যবহারের অর্থ এই নীতি মেনে নেওয়া।
২. আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য: সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা ফ্রি ট্রায়ালের জন্য নির্ধারিত ইউজার আইডি ও পাসওয়ার্ড। পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্টেড (bcrypt হ্যাশ) আকারে সংরক্ষিত থাকে; সাপোর্ট ও ডেলিভারির সুবিধার্থে একটি অভ্যন্তরীণ সুরক্ষিত রেকর্ডেও রাখা হয় যা কখনো প্রকাশ বা শেয়ার করা হয় না।
- ক্রয় তথ্য: নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, জেলা, TrxID, প্যাকেজ/মেয়াদ, কেনার তারিখ ও সাবস্ক্রিপশনের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার তারিখ।
- যোগাযোগ ফর্ম তথ্য: নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর (ঐচ্ছিক), বিষয় ও মেসেজ।
- ফ্রি ট্রায়াল পরিসংখ্যান: ফ্রি অ্যাকাউন্টে সাইন-ইন করলে ইউজার আইডি, সময় এবং আইপির একটি নামহীন হ্যাশ (আইপি নিজে সংরক্ষিত হয় না)।
- নোটিফিকেশন: অনুমতি দিলে পুশ নোটিফিকেশন সাবস্ক্রিপশন সংক্রান্ত প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য।
- ডিভাইসে সংরক্ষিত ডেটা: পড়ার অগ্রগতি, সম্পন্ন করা টপিক ইত্যাদি আপনার নিজ ডিভাইসেই (localStorage) থাকে, আমাদের সার্ভারে পাঠানো হয় না।
আমরা ব্যাংক/এটিএম কার্ড নম্বর, বিকাশ অ্যাপের লগইন তথ্য বা MFS পিন কখনো সংগ্রহ করি না। পেমেন্ট আপনার নিজের MFS অ্যাপ থেকে সরাসরি আমাদের প্রকাশিত নম্বরে হয়।
৩. তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, লগইন ও অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ।
- পেমেন্ট যাচাই, অ্যাকাউন্ট ডেলিভারি ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন মেয়াদ নিরীক্ষা।
- আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর ও সাপোর্ট প্রদান।
- সেবার মান উন্নয়ন, ত্রুটি সমাধান ও জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ।
- রেফারেল প্রোগ্রাম ও রিফান্ড মীমাংসা।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিজ্ঞাপন-বিক্রয় বা অননুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যে কারো কাছে বিক্রি করি না।
৪. তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা
সেবা চালাতে কিছু নামকরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেখানে ন্যূনতম প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য চলে যায়:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — যোগাযোগ ফর্মের বার্তার একটি কপি আমাদের Formspree অ্যাকাউন্টে যায়। এতে নাম/ইমেইল/ফোন/মেসেজ থাকে।
- Google reCAPTCHA — কেনার ফর্মে স্প্যাম ঠেকাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়; এজন্য Google আপনার আইপিসহ কিছু প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য পায়।
- Google Fonts (CDN) — ফন্ট সরবরাহে ব্যবহৃত হয়; অনুরোধের সাথে আইপি চলে যেতে পারে।
- bKash / নগদ — পেমেন্ট এসব প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে হয়; TrxID-সহ প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য যাচাইয়ের জন্য আমরা পাই।
এসব পক্ষের তথ্য ব্যবহার তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতির আওতায়।
৫. নিরাপত্তা ও তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
- সব যোগাযোগ HTTPS (SSL) এনক্রিপশনে হয়।
- পাসওয়ার্ড bcrypt হ্যাশে সংরক্ষিত হয়।
- অর্ডার, ইউজার, যোগাযোগ বার্তা ও ফ্রি ট্রায়াল লগের মতো ডেটা ফাইল মূল কোড-রিপোজিটরিতে থাকে না এবং বাইরে শেয়ার হয় না।
- যোগাযোগ বার্তা ও ফ্রি ট্রায়াল রেকর্ড আপনার অনুরোধে মুছে ফেলা যায়। আইনি বা অ্যাকাউন্টিং প্রয়োজনে ক্রয় রেকর্ড সীমিত সময় রক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।
- ফ্রি ট্রায়াল লগে আইপি নামহীন হ্যাশ আকারে থাকে, যাতে সরাসরি ব্যক্তিসত্তা চেনা না যায়।
৬. কুকি ও লোকাল স্টোরেজ
প্রথাগত ট্র্যাকিং কুকি ব্যবহার করা হয় না। অ্যাপ/ওয়েবসাইট সঠিকভাবে চলতে ডিভাইসের localStorage ব্যবহার হয় — যেমন লগইন টোকেন ও অগ্রগতি তথ্য। ব্রাউজার ক্লিয়ার করলেই এগুলো মুছে যায়।
৭. আপনার অধিকার
- তথ্য দেখা/সংশোধন: অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ক্রয় সংক্রান্ত তথ্যের ত্রুটি সংশোধনের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
- তথ্য মুছে ফেলা: যোগাযোগ বার্তা, ফ্রি ট্রায়াল রেকর্ডসহ আপনার সম্পর্কিত তথ্য মুছে দেওয়ার অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
- বাতিল ও রিফান্ড: রিফান্ডের শর্ত শর্তাবলি-তে দেওয়া আছে।
অনুরোধ জানাতে যোগাযোগ ফর্ম বা support.primaryplus@gmail.com ব্যবহার করুন; যাচাইয়ের জন্য নাম/ফোন/TrxID চাওয়া হতে পারে।
৮. নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন
উল্লেখযোগ্য তথ্য ফাঁসের ঘটনায় প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে এবং প্রয়োজনে নোটিশ দেওয়া হবে। নিজের আইডি-পাসওয়ার্ড কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না।
৯. পলিসি পরিবর্তন
নীতিটি যেকোনো সময় হালনাগাদ হতে পারে; উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তনে ওয়েবসাইটে/অ্যাপে নোটিশ দেওয়া হবে। পরিবর্তনের পর সেবা ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে নতুন নীতিতে সম্মতি দেওয়া বলে গণ্য হবে।

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy describes what information we collect when you use the primaryplusbd.com website and app (PWA), how we use it, and what rights you have. Using the service means you accept this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: The username and password assigned for a subscription or free trial. Passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt hash); for support and delivery convenience a copy is kept in an internal, protected record that is never published or shared.
- Purchase information: Name, mobile number, district, TrxID, package/term, purchase date, and subscription expiry date.
- Contact form information: Name, email, phone number (optional), subject, and message.
- Free trial statistics: When signing in with a free account — username, time, and an anonymized hash of your IP (the IP itself is not stored).
- Notifications: Technical data related to push notification subscriptions, if you permit them.
- Device-stored data: Reading progress, completed topics, etc. remain on your own device (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.
We never collect bank/ATM card numbers, bKash app login information, or MFS PINs. Payment is made directly from your own MFS app to the number we publish.
3. How Information Is Used
- Account creation, login, and access control.
- Payment verification, account delivery, and subscription monitoring.
- Answering your questions and providing support.
- Service improvement, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
- Referral program and refund resolution.
We do not sell your information to anyone for advertising or unauthorized purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
To run the service, some reputable third-party services are used, to which minimal necessary information is transferred:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — A copy of your contact form message is sent to our Formspree account. This includes name/email/phone/message.
- Google reCAPTCHA — Used on the purchase form to stop spam; for this, Google receives your IP and some technical data.
- Google Fonts (CDN) — Used to deliver fonts; your IP may be transferred with the request.
- bKash / Nagad — Payment is made through these providers; we receive relevant data, including the TrxID, for verification.
These parties' use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Security & Data Retention
- All communication is HTTPS (SSL) encrypted.
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes.
- Data files such as orders, users, contact messages, and free trial logs are not kept in the public code repository and are never shared externally.
- Contact messages and free trial records can be deleted at your request. Purchase records may be retained for a limited period for legal or accounting reasons.
- IPs in free trial logs are stored as anonymized hashes, so individuals cannot be directly identified.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use traditional tracking cookies. However, the app/website uses your device's localStorage to work correctly — such as login tokens and progress information. These are removed when you clear your browser.
7. Your Rights
- Viewing/correcting information: You may request correction of errors in your account and purchase information.
- Deleting information: You may request deletion of information related to you, including contact messages and free trial records.
- Cancellation & refund: Refund terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
To make a request, use the contact form or support.primaryplus@gmail.com; you may be asked for your name/phone/TrxID for verification.
8. Security Breach
In the event of a significant data breach, we will take action in accordance with applicable law and provide notice where required. Never share your username and password with anyone.
9. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated at any time; significant changes will be announced on the website/app. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
